Does the method change for wood, composite and pavers?
Yes. Wood is soft and varies by species. Pressure-treated pine, cedar and tropical hardwoods each react differently, so the crew sets the pressure and the cleaner to match.
Composite decking
Composite boards resist rot but still get mildew and pollen film. They usually take a gentler wash and a cleaner suited to the product. Check the maker's care guide, because some brands have specific limits on pressure.
Pavers and pool decks
Many Coral Springs backyards have paver patios and concrete pool decks instead of wood. These can be cleaned too, but they need a different approach, with care taken over joints and sealed surfaces. Mention what you have when you ask for a quote.
